Who we are

Relay is an AI operator service for Australian ecommerce brands, run from relayops.au. We're Australian owned and operated.

What we collect

When you use the free audit tool or contact form, we collect:

• Your name and work email
• Your store URL
• Whatever you type in the message box (your store's pain points)
• For the audit tool: your monthly revenue, order count and support ticket estimates

We do not collect payment details, and we don't ask for anything we don't need to respond to you.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and run your free audit
• Estimate what your store is leaking and what Relay would cost to fix
• Contact you about our services — only if you've asked us to

We don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their marketing.

Where your data lives

Our website is hosted on Vercel (US infrastructure). Form submissions are delivered via Fastmail's email service. When you become a client, your store data is handled under our operator agreement with onshore data practices — your store's operational data stays in Australia where possible, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We don't run heavy analytics on visitors. If that changes, we'll update this page.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@relayops.au and we'll sort it within 30 days.
